The problem is persisting after trying all of the above. It is but affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, spider web email (not sure what the departure is between web browser or web e-mail) I'm using "live.com" on the figurer.
  • Does the outcome happen when yous are using a dissimilar browser or computer? Information technology happens using a unlike browser. I haven't tried a different computer
  • Have you received whatever error or default messages when you send or receive any email? Yes "Outlook wasn't able to consummate this asking. Microsoft may contact you nearly any problems you report." when I tried to send an e-mail. Even so the email was sent and it was received by a different hotmail account.
    I sent an email from a different hotmail account to the problem account and it is listed as sent but it was not received.
  • Kindly verify what do y'all mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? It is Outlook.com

I tried this and the other things but it didn;t help. I also shut downwards my computer and restarted but no alter,

I access my postal service through my internet browser.  I never had this issue before Outlook took over---

I feel similar I have to refresh my email every few seconds-- my enshroud is cleared many times a day-- it is abrasive to be told that something is ALWAYS wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not certain where yous read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I get this anytime I try to await at a bulletin, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over.

I can't reply well-nigh another browser because I only use Google Chrome.

I tin't answer about using another estimator because I only have the ane laptop.

I can't answer well-nigh using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the only one I accept.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the same bulletin almost 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I make certain there are no issues on you lot main site, etc.

Please ready this-- I am not the just i.

I empathise why y'all are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason y'all were asking.

All I questioned was where yous got the idea I couldn't admission my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my reckoner.  IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I use on the computer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I accept only used Google Chrome for years.
