The Whole Enchilada. Las Palmas was originally conceived in 1922 in Ventura, California, by a talented Mexican housewife named Rosa Ramirez. Rosa started making her delicious "enchilada sauce" from an old and traditional family recipe she refined, using carefully selected hand-picked "chiles" and other ingredients of the finest quality and freshness. Her flavorful sauce became an instant hit among her neighbors and friends. Encouraged by this success, Rosa moved beyond the confines of her kitchen and founded the Ramirez & Feraud Chili Company. Las Palmas is a B & G Foods Brand.
Today Las Palmas is the biggest selling Mexican cooking sauce in the United States. While it has grown from its humble beginnings, it still remains authentic to its roots, using only the highest quality chiles and other fresh ingredients. Authentic
I chose this brand of red chilli sauce because it contains no tomato in it, which makes it most authentic. Good flavor.

Best tasting red Chile for Red Enchiladas
I�ve been using las palmas Chile Colorado for my chicken enchiladas for years. It�s the truest flavor to the homemade. It�s not often available in the north Dallas area so I�m so I�m delighted to be able to get it thru your distribution.

Great Sauce as a Base for Chili Colorado Style Beef!
We make a slow cooker Chili Colorado Beef and we could only find the sauce from the Mexican Grocer. Made it again last night. It is a winner! Thanks for the great customer service.

Best enchilada sauce in 40 years
Have used this product for over 40 years-even when I lived in other parts of the country. An absolutely fabulous product. I get rave reviews when I use it for enchiladas. Just which my local Kroger store in Atlanta would carry it.
